چکیده

همواره یکی ازاساسی ترین نیازهای هرجامعه ای وجودموادغذایی سالم واستاندارد می باشدکه هرزمان مردم جامعه بدان احتیاج داشته باشندبه مقدارکافی دردسترس آنها قرارگیرد.
ازآنجایی که تولید وعرضه موادغذایی سالم بین اعضای جامعه ازمهم ترین اهداف حکومت هاست ودرراستای پیشبرد اهداف هرجامعه نیازمند وجودموادغذایی سالم واستاندارد می باشد لذا این موضوع همواره ازاهمیت بالایی برخوردار بوده است.
ازمهم ترین دغدغه های نگارنده شناخت ارکان و عوامل جرائم مرتبط با مواد غذایی ناسالم وغیراستاندارد وچگونگی تعیین ضمانت اجرا برای تولیدوتوزیع کنندگان مواد غذایی ناسالم وغیر استاندارد می باشد.درتحقیق پیشه روسعی برآن شده تابابررسی نظری سیاست جنایی تقنینی ایران، اقدام به بررسی وکنکاش درجهت شناخت هرچه بهتر موضوع وارائه راهکار های مناسب درجهت رفع موانع موجود صورت پذیرد.
هرچند نتیجه این اقدامات منتج به این نتیجه شد که قانون اصلی، که به عنوان مرجع بدان استناد می شود علی رغم اصلاحات صورت گرفته باگذشت زمان کارایی خودرا دربسیاری ازموارد ازدست داده است که نیازمند بازنگری و اصلاح مجدد می باشد. سایر قوانین نیزدربسیاری ازمواردباتخلفات صنفی همسیویی دارد.

چکیده [English]

it is always one of the most important needs of any society to have healthy and standardized food
so that whenever the people of the society need it
it will be available to them in sufficient quantities. Since the production and supply of healthy food among the members of society is one of the most important goals of governments and in order to advance the goals of any society, it is necessary to have healthy and standard food items, so this issue has always been of great importance.
One of the most important concerns of the author is to know the elements and factors of crimes related to unhealthy and non-standard foods and how to determine the guarantee of implementation for the production and distribution of unhealthy and non-standard foods.
In the investigation of the professional profession, it has been decided that the theoretical review of Iran's criminal criminal policy should be investigated in order to better understand the issue and provide appropriate solutions to remove the existing obstacles.
However, the results of these measures have led to the conclusion that the original lawwhich is cited as a reference, has lost its effectiveness over time in many cases,
