Analysis of the concept and examples of government institutions in the Iranian administrative law system

Abstract
With the expansion of administrative activities and the participation of the government in all economic and social fields and the inability to carry out all the aforementioned matters, the governments decided to advance the policy of decentralization; In such a way that some of their duties are performed by public institutions such as public and companies institutions and non-governmental public institutions. government institutions are the classic type of public institutions for which the definitions and criteria provided by the legislator in Iran are not unique and clear, which has caused ambiguity in their examples, so that many established government institutions do not match the definition according to the legislator's opinion, and the basis of their creation is in There is an aura of uncertainty that this issue has put their function and order in the administration of public affairs and finally the rule of law, which is one of the objectives of providing the definitions of such institutions, under the radius.The main question of this article is what is the concept of government institution in the relevant laws and what are its examples and Is it possible to enumerate their examples by explaining and interpreting the listed characteristics for such institutions in accordance with the law. In this research, an attempt was made to answer this question with a descriptive and analytical method, and to examine some of the problems of not explaining the concept and counting the examples of such institutions. According to the findings of this research, this concept does not have a precise definition and examples in Iran's legal system.
