Based on the international customary rules, judicial opinions... and also the political procedures applied in similar cases, the creation of the destructive phenomenon of dust in large areas of the Middle East, the drying up of the water source of agricultural lands, unknown and new diseases, and the migration of ethnic populations from The banks of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers are evidence of the continuous violation of human rights in the regions of these three countries, and it is necessary for these governments to take serious and urgent action to hold the Turkish government accountable in accordance with international law.
