Today, one of the most important variables in the success of organizations is the professional ethics of managers. Observance of the principles of professional ethics by managers is more important than other institutions and organizations due to the public position and special responsibilities of the judiciary power. The purpose of this study is to design a model of professional ethics for managers with a governance approach. The present study is a mixed and development-applied research. In the qualitative stage, 25 academic experts and the judiciary were interviewed in depth, and after analyzing the data with the grounded theory method, a paradigm model of research was designed. Finally, the validity of the research model was assessed by structural equation modeling and PLS software with a survey of 182 managers and experts of the judiciary. Based on the research findings, 6 dimensions of individual, interpersonal, managerial, professional, value and belief and special judicial dimension and to promote the professional ethics of managers with a good governance approach in the judiciary, strategies at job levels, Managerial, organizational and extra-organizational were determined. Also, the value of the coefficient of determination for the professional ethics variable was 0.591, for the strategies variable 0.719 and the outcome variable was 0.655, which are all appropriate values. The professional ethics of managers in the judiciary is a multidimensional phenomenon and is closely related to the principles of good governance, and to promote it, a set of strategies at different levels must be done.
